When I came here, I only knew that medical aid was one of the luxuries one could have, but I had no clue how it worked. The training provided by one of the training facilitators was very helpful because it took me 4 days of training to get an idea of how medical aid operates. When I got to the department I am currently working in, I would say I got a family within the department, and the training was also the most fruitful. Today I can find solutions where applicable.“
